A message from hosting
“This coming Saturday, September 23, we’re going to move to our new cage in GNAX’s new data center.
Downtime will be as long as it takes to take the servers downstairs, load ‘em up in a truck, drive to the new data center, mount them, and turn them back on. IPs shouldn’t change so I’d figure each server
shouldn’t be down much over 2 hours.
This is a mandatory move for us, they’re closing the 17th and 8th floor data centers “soon” and we MUST move to the new facility, else I’d sit tight, I hate moving servers.
So to recap, Saturday, September 23rd, servers.”
Our hosting is ridiculous, lol. I’d do something about it, but I just bought a hammock….
